• Where can we use a Chocolate Fountain?

A chocolate fountain can be used in virtually any indoor venue ranging from wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events and many more, all that is required is an electricity point!

• How big is the fountain?

The actual fountain is just under 50” high, once sat on a glow table it is over 6f tall

• How is the fountain presented?

Fountain comes with an illuminated surround, offering a wide spectrum of colours that are available for various settings, the fountain is stainless steel metal and together with our decorative display material it truly does offer an absolutely stunning visual centrepiece.  Sweet Creations is more than happy to discuss any chosen colour schemes our clients may have at their function and will work together to make the fountain look even better.

• How long is the rental period?

The rental period is variable depending on each clients specific needs, however, an average rental period is of 3-4 hours.

• What time do you arrive to set up the fountain?

The Sweet Creations team will arrive 2 hours before the start of any function to set up the chocolate fountain.

• What is required from us at the event?

Our only requirement is for an electricity point and a sturdy table approximately 4 feet in diameter.

• Do you provide an operator?

Yes.  A fully trained operator will be present throughout the duration of the event to serve your friends, guests and clients, so they can get the most out of the chocolate fountain.

• What chocolate is used in the Fountain?

Sweet Creations only uses the best pure Belgian chocolate specially made to melt and be used with the chocolate fountain.  The chocolate is available in milk, dark, white chocolate. Other flavours available on request are strawberry, lime, orange cappuccino and hazelnut.

• What dips can we use in the fountain?

Sweet creations has listed various popular dipping items (please see sub menu), however we are welcome to suggestions and have to reservations with using any suitable dipping items.

• How far do you travel?

Sweet Creations are based in Blackburn, Lancashire.  We will cover the North West of England and also provide free travel costs for up to 30 miles radius.  After which a mileage charge may be applicable.

• Are you Insured?

Yes.  In the event of an accident Sweet Creations has comprehensive public liability insurance
